With my busy schedule, I have only a few hours per week to exercise, so this is the best choice,
Taekwando on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Karate on Wednesday. Both held at the nearby UKM campus and open to public. During
each session, all my muscle being worked out from head to toe. You can release your tension by screaming and punching
and kicking. You will be more alert in your everyday life. And if you want to be an assertive person, this way is better than
reading 'how to' books.
